
ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Sarah :) Wife, mama, daughter, sister, friend, and coach! Fitness has been a part of my life in some capacity for as long as I can remember. From mob-ball soccer as a youngster, to club volleyball and high school basketball, to discovering CrossFit in my early 20's, to competing in Olympic lifting at 9 weeks pregnant, and more recently, returning to the basics as I've navigated postpartum and working out with a busy toddler! While my journey has always included fitness in some capacity, I know that's not everyones journey. And that's what I love about personal training! Getting to work with clients from all backgrounds and experience levels. But who all share a common thread of desiring to live a healthier lifestyle, push their capabilities, learn more about themselves, and ultimately want to make health and fitness a part of their identity.
